- Loop a piece of floral wire through one end of each of three link chains. Divide the grapevine wreath into thirds, and attach the three chains to the wreath with floral wire.
- Gather the free ends of the three chains. Open the end ring of the fourth chain with needle-nose pliers, and thread the end links of the three other chains through. Close the link. This will be used for hanging the chandelier.
- Loop a piece of floral wire around the center of a twig, and twist the wire, forming a T with the twig at the top. Thread the floral-wire strands through the hole in a small terra-cotta pot from the inside to the outside. The twig will lie flat against the inside bottom of the pot, providing support to hold the pot on the chandelier. Loop the floral wire through the branches of the grapevine wreath. Secure with hot glue. Repeat with the other two pots, evenly positioning them around the wreath.
- Hot-glue dried leaves and flowers, gourds, seed packets, Spanish moss, ribbons, etc. to the wreath. Place votive candles in each of the small terra-cotta pots. Hang the chandelier in the garden.
