please can you tell me what to do?

i have a fatsia japonica just put in last year, the leaves are yellowing and the older leaves have a few circular almost like bubbles/ swelling on them, do you know what is wrong? also my tree fern dicksonia antartica is going green a little on the trunk, am i over watering it?
